Yes. You are welcome to upgrade your membership at any time. If you find that your skin needs have evolved or you are ready to commit to a more comprehensive program, simply reach out to us and we will help you transition to the membership that best fits your current goals and needs.

Each membership tier includes specific treatments as outlined above. Your monthly facial treatment must be selected from the services included in your membership tier. Enhancement add-ons and discounts on advanced treatments are available as outlined for each membership level. Please contact us if you have questions about which services are included in your specific membership tier.

Yes. All memberships at OneFace Aesthetics require a minimum commitment of 3 months. This minimum period is designed to give your skin adequate time to respond to consistent professional care and begin delivering the progressive results that membership is designed to provide. After the initial 3 month commitment period, your membership will continue on a month to month basis and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to pause your membership for any reason, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Membership pauses are considered on a case by case basis and must be requested in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice.
